Incredible Time of Worship

We had an incredible night of worship last night at FLOOD. For those that missed it, we missed you and you missed it. Here were some of the highlights for me:
- Jarret did an incredible job of leading us into an awareness of God’s presence. From intense times to acoustic and meditative times of praise, God used him to get me focused on Jesus.
- The worship stations that were set up were well received and used by people who came out for this. Everything from taking communion to painting on canvas, writing, reading Scripture, and writing out in a “confessional booth” the things that they were struggling with, asking God to free them from their hurt.
- I was able to pray with about 4 people who were broken and wounded from things that they were having to face. As I prayed they just cried before Jesus. It was a beautiful time for me as their pastor.
It truly was an unbelievable night. We will definitely be doing this again. And don’t worry: we will give you plenty of notice when the next one is.
